As a professional executive coach, Denise works individually with managers and leaders to assess their strengths, core values and maximize their individual performance. Denise partners with hiring managers to review client’s performance assessments and identify opportunities for career growth and greater productivity. Denise is an expert on gaining constructive 360 feedback from co-workers and leadership teams and provides clients with themes and strategies for greater self-awareness and leadership potential. Denise uses multiple communication skills assessments along with Emotional Intelligence evaluations to help clients understand their strengths and adapt their own styles to form stronger partnerships with their colleagues and clients. Denise offers coaching relationships that vary from two to six months depending on the client’s goals and objectives. All executive coaching services include written summaries of discussions, clarification of goals, and bi-weekly check-ins to maintain accountability.  Denise also coaches teams to strengthen their working relationships, improve teamwork and gain greater productivity.
