Dynamic Development provides professional development training and management training courses on a variety of subjects that fall underneath the management and leadership umbrella, all with the goal of maximizing employee performance. Through a combination of communication styles assessments, interactive discussions, case studies and role-plays, participants gain a strong understanding of their management and leadership strengths and where they need to improve. Denise teaches employees how to adapt their communication styles and develop strategies to build productive teams, lead effective meetings, and build stronger relationships internally and with their clients. She is also a communications skill professional and teaches workshops on the value of developing and delivering successful presentations. Employees use real time assignments to write, edit and deliver all with Denise’s coaching and expertise.
Denise has a background in advertising, sales, talent management, and training. This experience contributes to her ability to conduct small to mid-size workshops on many topics relating to management and leadership skills. Denise believes that employees develop confidence and contribute at the highest level when they are engaged in their own career development.
